Government of Kerala's Non Resident Keralites Affairs Division (NORKA), or as it is more often known, NORKA. The non-resident Keralites' complaints were addressed and resolved by this department, which was formally constituted on December 6, 1996. Keralites residing in India and abroad are the major focus of NORKA, which aims to alleviate their concerns. NORKA Roots is a project of the department in charge of carrying out all government plans. In addition, they certify diplomas for usage in other countries.

What is the role of NORKA?

The official authentication body for educational papers from Kerala is NORKA. The social activities it performs benefit Keralites both within and outside of India. It also helps the people of Kerala in times of need. The Protector General of Emigrants has given NORKA attestation roots permission to function as a recruitment agency for people leaving the country. NORKA's additional responsibilities include searching for missing Keralites and rescuing them from war zones and transferring them back to India.

For NORKA  Attestation Service, what's the process like?

An online application form must first be filled out by the applicant in order to get an authentication certificate. Candidates have the option of using an offline form, however online submissions are faster. Fill out the form completely with all of the necessary information, and you'll be OK.

Then, at the NORKA, the applicant must provide the completed application form, together with the applicant's original passport and all of their academic credentials.
Once again, the NORKA will certify the educational credentials. NORKA centers are where applicants may pick up their paperwork.

The papers may be verified and attested by the NORKA authorities, who will stamp and sign them. In order to complete the attestation process, these papers must be forwarded to the corporate headquarters in Delhi. Let's have a look at the method in detail:

The NORKA-ROOTS officers give an online application form that must be filled out completely and accurately by the applicant. Personal information about you is included, as well as information about the institution or board that is responsible for providing your academic credentials.

Once you've filled out the online form, you'll need to scan and upload any essential documents. When authenticating, the original passport is also required to aid in the process. NORKA personnel authenticate these papers and send them to the MEA and embassies for attestation.

Documents are delivered to the NRK Development office in Delhi once they have been attested by NORKA and are then confirmed by MEA. Simply supplying the MEA seal for attestation or a separate sticker for this purpose is all that is required for this purpose.

After the MEA attestation, the papers are next checked by the individual embassy staff. Certificate attestation frequently concludes with this phase once the papers are returned by courier to the person.
