Government of Kerala's Non Resident Keralites Affairs Division (NORKA), or as it is more often known, NORKA. The non-resident Keralites' complaints were addressed and resolved by this department, which was formally constituted on December 6, 1996. For NORKA Attestation Service, what's the process like?
An online application form must first be filled out by the applicant in order to get an authentication certificate. Candidates have the option of using an offline form, however online submissions are faster. Fill out the form completely with all of the necessary information, and you'll be OK.
Then, at the NORKA, the applicant must provide the completed application form, together with the applicant's original passport and all of their academic credentials.
